How I dropped my resting heart rate by 9bpm

Three changes over six months: nasal-only breathing during easy runs, magnesium L-threonate before bed, and cutting evening caffeine entirely. RHR went from 64 to 55. Recovery feels different in a way I can't quite articulate — less brittle.

I've been on Aurelia NMN+ for six weeks and finally feel a real lift in afternoon energy. Curious if anyone has experimented with splitting the dose, or whether a single morning protocol works best for everyone. Reading the literature it seems half-life favours splitting, but interested in lived experience.
